Soul Embodiment Session
A single session or bundle of multiple 1-1 sessions, you and me.
A private 75 min session that opens you up to your soul knowings and makes space for your full expression to be witnessed and remembered as sacred. I show up as a sacred midwife and mirror for your soul, with the intention that each session will be in your best and highest good and the best and highest good for all life.
Soul Embodiment Sessions are a gentle, embodied, trauma informed approach to your health/life struggles. I feel passionate about supporting people in their journey to healing and living into their fullness and aliveness. My approach is gentle yet effective and powerful for uncovering roots to suffering and allowing healing to open up. One of the hopes is to help people realize that healing can lead us out of isolation and disconnection and we can learn to be our own container of love and safety and open up even more connection and goodness in our life. When we start to become connected to ourselves and any trauma from our lives, meeting our struggles with so much empathy and compassion allows light to get into the darkness and blossom into something beautiful from deep in our core.

Soul Embodiment Package
A 3 or 6 month Journey
The Soul Embodiment Package is a journey of being with the wisdom of your soul so you experience soul and body level support to show up as the expansive embodied soul you are in this time and life. A journey of slowing down, turning inward and building a deep, sacred relationship with yourself. You get to remember how to be in dialogue with the essence of your very being and remember your connection to the sacredness of all life in a deeply supportive container. You get to remember your magic and receive healing and support that meets you exactly where you are in your journey. I’m passionate about supporting you expand in your soul’s expression so you can live the life your soul is calling for.
A private 75 min soul embodiment session that opens you up to your soul knowings and makes space for your full expression to be witnessed and remembered as sacred. I show up as a sacred midwife and mirror for your soul, with the intention that each session will be in your best and highest good and the best and highest good for all life. This is a session that will be booked on the scheduling site for when works best for you during the month, after package purchasing.
A recorded healing session that opens you up to your soul knowings and makes space for healing to support you to remember and embody your soul expression. For this session I connect in with your energy and channel the healing that is showing up for each session. This is a recording that I conduct during the month, trusting divine timing from the angels and guides on when it will be supportive to receive.
